According to Cooper, she and her mother were staying at Hotel 1928 in Waco, Texas, on March 8, when she heard buzz about a VIP guest checking in. Curious about the mystery celebrity, she later learned from a hotel server that the guest was none other than Gossip Girl star Blake Lively.
Lively had reportedly just arrived from Austin, where she promoted her film Another Simple Favor at the SXSW festival. She was allegedly in Waco to meet the hotel’s owner, Joanna Gaines.

Cooper told Daily Mail that she spotted Lively entering the hotel lobby wearing jeans and a white shirt. Out of curiosity, she started filming the It Ends With Us actress. However, Lively quickly covered her face upon realizing she was being recorded and was swiftly escorted by hotel staff and security.
The next morning, Cooper alleges she encountered Lively again while loading her car to check out. This time, the actress reportedly approached her, said hello, and began filming her.

Cooper claims Lively walked around her car while recording, an act that left her feeling “disturbed.” The actress then handed her phone to a security guard, who allegedly did another lap around the vehicle before both returned to the hotel.
Describing the incident as “very paranoid behavior,” Cooper speculated that Lively was trying to see if she planned to post the video online.
