Inspired by Vidya, actor Jyotika recently took to Instagram on March 22 to express gratitude for the nutrition and fitness experts who transformed her health. She revealed that she lost 9 kg in just 3 months by adopting a new approach to diet and fitness, similar to Vidya’s method.

Sharing pictures with her trainer and the team from the Chennai-based nutrition group Amura Health, Jyotika expressed her appreciation, writing, “Thank you, Amura, for the 9 kg weight loss in just 3 months and for helping me rediscover my inner self! You all are just magical.”
Understanding Gut Health & Inflammatory Foods
Elaborating on her transformation, Jyotika credited Vidya Balan for introducing her to Amura through her interviews. She admitted that weight management had always been a struggle, despite trying heavy workouts, restrictive diets, and intermittent fasting. However, she finally found success through Amura’s guidance.
She explained, “I learned about my gut, digestion, inflammatory foods, and food balancing. More importantly, I understood how these impact my well-being and moods, infusing positivity into my life. As a result, I feel extremely energized and confident today.”

Highlighting the significance of balance in fitness, Jyotika emphasized that weight training is crucial, especially for women.
